** Detail :
dhoni@Dhoni-Laptop-Linux:~$ sudo lshw
........ kebanyakan untuk dicopy paste

Success :
1. Touchscreen, OK
2. Battery, OK with Minor Bug

7. Wifi, Not OK
8. Restart, Power, OK
9. Hibernate, Not OK

Problem :

2. battery indicator on desktop always shows 70% while the real one was already 100%.
7. Wifi automatically disable and cannot be turn on.
9. after hibernate sometimes, cannot back to desktop (blank screen)
we only describe problem no.7 (wifi)

Troubleshoot & Problem Solving :
** first thing first, check your rflist status
dhoni@Dhoni-Laptop-Linux:~$ sudo rfkill list
0: hci0: Bluetooth
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no
1: phy0: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no
2: acer-wireless: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: yes
Hard blocked: no
dhoni@Dhoni-Laptop-Linux:~$ sudo rfkill unblock all
dhoni@Dhoni-Laptop-Linux:~$ sudo rfkill unblock wifi
dhoni@Dhoni-Laptop-Linux:~$ sudo rfkill unblock 2
dhoni@Dhoni-Laptop-Linux:~$ sudo rfkill unblock wlan
dhoni@Dhoni-Laptop-Linux:~$ sudo rfkill list
0: hci0: Bluetooth
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no
1: phy0: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no
2: acer-wireless: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: yes
Hard blocked: no

** not working, then I try below :
dhoni@Dhoni-Laptop-Linux:~$ sudo rmmod -f acer-wmi
dhoni@Dhoni-Laptop-Linux:~$ sudo rfkill unblock all
dhoni@Dhoni-Laptop-Linux:~$ sudo rfkill list
0: hci0: Bluetooth
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no
1: phy0: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no

dhoni@Dhoni-Laptop-Linux:~$ sudo rfkill list
0: hci0: Bluetooth
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no
1: phy0: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no
2: acer-wireless: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: yes
Hard blocked: no

** still not working, then I try below :
dhoni@Dhoni-Laptop-Linux:~$ sudo rmmod -f acer-wmi
dhoni@Dhoni-Laptop-Linux:~$ sudo rfkill unblock all
dhoni@Dhoni-Laptop-Linux:~$ sudo rfkill list
0: hci0: Bluetooth
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no
1: phy0: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no

** huft, it work intermitten, only working sometimes, and sometimes dont (no working), then I try below :

dhoni@Dhoni-Laptop-Linux:~$ sudo ifconfig wlp3s0 up
dhoni@Dhoni-Laptop-Linux:~$ sudo su
root@Dhoni-Laptop-Linux:/home/dhoni# echo "blacklist acer-wmi" >> /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
root@Dhoni-Laptop-Linux:/home/dhoni# exit
exit

** its working greatly, but wifi signal was very weak, then I do this :

sudo rm /etc/modprobe.d/rtl8723be.conf
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:hanipouspilot/rtlwifi
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install rtlwifi-new-dkms linux-firmware

sudo su
echo "options rtl8723be ant_sel=2" | sudo tee /etc/modprobe.d/rtl8723be.conf

** and VOILA, its works, even still I believe in windows running better, because it seems the wifi doesn’t detect the nearest/strongest AP, but got not normal bahaviour as illustrate below :

Example :
Pre-requisite :
1. Wifi AP (A) located in next on my room
2. Wifi AP (B) located in next of my office (means outside)
Expected Result :
1. In Windows, my wifi adapter scan wifi A as full bar, while AP (B) scanned as half bar
2. In Ubuntu, it should be the same.
Actual Result :
1. OK
2. In Ubuntu, access point B was scanned for full bar, while A was scanned as half bar.
Conclusion :
IT WAS INCORRECT BEHAVIOUR.

** After doing re-searching again and be a member of Ubuntu Forum Indonesia and second opinion from archlinux, I try and confirm success 100% like in windows, with below add on rtl8723be.conf :

sudo su
echo "options rtl8723be fwlps=0" | sudo tee /etc/modprobe.d/rtl8723be.conf

Ok semoga membantu masalahnya.
