beda bro, berikut penjelasannya:

chown = change owner
chgrp = change group
chmod = change mode (kali)
kan di Linux ada permision: owner,grup,other yg masing2 punya 'mode' read write exec

klo contoh dr bro sudoers:
kn dah masuk root-mode berarti waktu ngebuat folder disk40 permission (owner): root
trs perintah chgrp: plugdev, grupnya: plugdev
trs modenya: 777 (own:rwx, grup:rwx, other:rwx)
