Dah ane install ni compiznya bro..,ccsm dan simple ccsm nya juga..,tapi alhasil ternyata ga bisa langsung di gunain eh..,padahal dah terinstall sempurna..

kalau di settingan System - Administration - Hardware Drivers si VGA ATI Radeon lom ke "activate".., ni lagi di activate., mudah-mudahan ntar bisa...hehehehe

visual efeknya dah di enable?

Visual Effectnya dah ane coba enable., tapi ga bisa bro..,ada message error gitu (could not enabled) --> ga bisa diaktifkan

tapi masih ane usahain kok.,mudah-mudahan masih bisa ni., ntar kalau berhasil tidaknya ane report juga...

setelah Driver "ATI Catalyst" di install ke ubuntunya dulu...,baru dah Visual Effect bisa di enabled., mantep banget dah....

IKHI MAKSUD E OPHO????

VGA Intel biasanya ramah dengan compiz.
Penyebabnya mungkin ada software rasterizer yang masih digunakan. nah software rasterizer itu yang mana dan apa itu software rasterizer, saya belum tahu, mari kita cari sama2 ....

inih ane lagi make blankon visual efeectnya malah defaulnya dah di normal, waktu aane bikin extra owkeh2 ajah tuhh...

rasterizer itu biasanya berhubungan dengan graphic, nah Ubuntu UE kan di optimasi untuk penggunaan multimedia termasuk graphic. Apakah masih masih ada proses/program pengolah graphic yang masih berjalan? atau berjalan pada background? Coz ndak make UE nih. Jadi hanya kira2 (sorry kalau salah)

jadi diedit file /etc/X11/xorg.conf

atau bisa menggunakan Compiz-Switch

buat yg karmic kan tidak ada xorg.conf

generate aj:
$ sudo Xorg -configure :1
hasilnya ada di ~/xorg.conf.new

Edit2 dulu yg tsb diatas
kemudian test dg:
$ Xorg -config ~/xorg.conf.new -retro

Klo dah tampak gambar brarrti setting kita berhasil. Lalu copy dah ke etc
$ sudo cp ~/xorg.conf.new /etc/X11/xorg.conf
